Vinification: harvesting manually in Forfice vineyard by only selected grapes. Fermentation using indigenous natural yeast. 100 days of maceration on the skins. 36 months ageing in Slavonian oak barrel. Refining 12 months in bottle

Tasting notes: Deep cherry red. Very rich, tannic and structured, well-balanced. Round notes of cherry, pomegranate and soft fruit

Food pairings: Wonderful with roasted red meat and sausage. Ideal blend with seasoned cheese
