Climate: Cool, ventilated with consistent changes between night and day

Density and yield: 6,000 plants per hectare, 4 kg/plant

Age and training: 10-30 years. Free standing, vertical position

Vinification: Harvesting in September, Vinification in white with cryomaceration. Ageing in steel and bottle

Tasting notes: Light straw yellow with green reflections. Fresh and vibrant in the nose, with hints of tropical fruit and a reminder of rosemary. Sapid in the mouth, slightly accentuated body. Pleasant mineral finish. A wine of great pleasure, fruity and fragrant

Food pairings: Excellent with light pasta dishes, white meat, soft cheese, fish and raw fish dishes
