Altitude: 650-850 metres a.s.l.

Soil: Volcanic- lava flow

Climate: Cool and ventilated with consistent changes between night and day

Density and yield: 6,000 plants per hectare, 3 kg/plant

Age and training: 10-30 years. Free standing, “Etneo”

Vinification: Harvesting in October. Lengthy and controlled maceration. Ageing 6 months in wood and 24 months in bottle

Tasting notes: Intense ruby red, garnet reflections. Elegant and spiced in the nose, ripe red fruit. Immediately ready and confident, round and soft tannins even important.

Food pairings: Excellent with red or white meat. Perfectly matches with medium aged cheese, fish soup e tuna
