Vinification: Crio-maceration on the skins for 6 hours, the must is made clear by cold static methedos. Alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C, followed by ageing on the yeast for at least 4 months

Tasting notes: Deep straw yellow with golden tints. Flowery perfume with great lime aroma and spicy notes: savoury, long finish and refreshing

Food pairings: Ideal combination for seafood, shellfish, white meat dishes. Appropriated with mid-aged cheese and soft cheese
